Continuing the tradition of highlighting a Nevada small business, we have partnered with Champion Pitmaster Christie Vanover of Girls Can Grill for our partner ancillary category!
This year, teams will be challenged to use one or more Girls Can Grill products to create an award-winning appetizer! We look forward seeing what the teams cook up!
The main feature of the Las Vegas BBQ Festival is People's Choice sampling.
All teams will be provided with protein to cook & serve during the People's Choice competition.
Each year, the Las Vegas BBQ Festival will act as a fundraiser to benefit a local organization.
