Nevada Barbecue Association Spring Training

Every spring the Nevada BBQ Association hosts a special member's-only spring training to help teams prepare for the summer competition season. 

Teams will turn in four meats (chicken, ribs, pork butt and brisket) just like a KCBS contest. The boxes will be turned into certified KCBS judges in 45-minute intervals, and teams will get direct feedback from the judges after they are scored. 

This contest has helped teams across the country improve their turn-ins. Stay tuned for 2023 dates and registration details.
