Nevada Barbecue Association
Annual Spring Training
Every spring the Nevada BBQ Association hosts a special members-only Spring Training to help teams prepare for the summer competition season.
​
Teams will turn in four meats (chicken, ribs, pork butt and brisket) just like a KCBS contest. The boxes will be turned into certified KCBS judges in 45-minute intervals, and teams will get direct feedback from the judges after they are scored.
​
This contest has helped teams across the country improve their turn-ins. We hope to see you there!
​
Unfortunately, we didn't have enough participation to run the event in 2024. We look forward to bring in back in 2025!
