Join us for one last cookoff in 2022! Points from the 3 judged categories will count towards Team of the Year.
This event is open to competitors, NVBBQA members, and their friends & families.

Gettin' Chili Out - People's Choice Cookoff
Do you make the best Chili in the Nevada Barbecue Association? Now is your chance to prove it. Find out who can cook up a crowd favorite.
Chili can be made onsite or at home.
This event is open to competitors, NVBBQA members, and their friends & families.
Attendees may taste the chili and vote for their favorite during the Holiday Bash. See the P.C. Chili Rules for details.
Key times:
3:00-3:30pm: People's Choice Chili Turn In
Buy-in: $25
Toy Drive
If you would like to contribute, please bring a new, unwrapped toy (under $25 in value). Toys will be dropped off to the Las Vegas Rescue Mission, to benefit local familes.
Annual Holiday Party & Potluck
Bring a dish to share and BYOB. The NVBBQA will provide plates, utensils, napkins, & bottled waters (while supplies last).
If you plan to bring a dish, please add it to the list so we avoid too many duplicate items.
Potluck sign ups will be done through mealtrain.com. If you do not want to register with mealtrain.com but would still like to bring a dish, please email what you're bringing to travis.barr@nvbbq.org and we will add it manually.
2022 Team of the Year Awards
Team of the Year Awards will be announced directly following the 'Tis the Season Cookoff Awards.
Awards will be given for the both Team of the Year & Rookie of the Year.
