There are lots of ways to participate in the Las Vegas BBQ Festival.​

Volunteer

We'd love volunteers to help with setup, working the ticket booth, trash collection, clean up, event photography, etc...

General Vendor Spaces

$100

10 x 10' space

Vendors must supply their own canopy & equipment

Food Vendor Spaces

$150

Space sizes vary.

Food Vendors are responsible for their own permits & insurance.

Donate a Raffle Prize

You are invited to support the Nevada BBQ Association and the Foundation for Assisting Seniors by donating a raffle prize for the Las Vegas BBQ Festival. Donations of products and/or services are welcome. Monetary donations will also be accepted if that is preferred. The prizes will be raffled during the event. 

 

Products or services donated as raffle prizes must have a monetary value of $50 or greater.

Support Your Community Through BBQ!

Each year, the Las Vegas BBQ Festival will act as a fundraiser to benefit a local organization.

In 2023,  the Nevada BBQ Association is raising money to support The Foundation for Assisting Seniors.

Presented By Gateway Classic Cars

Alongside the barbecue fun, Relentless Muscle is having their 2nd Annual Fall Throwdown.

 

100 cars will be competing to see who takes Best in Show, $500 in prize money & all the bragging rights.
